It’s Thanksgiving and we are happy for this slate of NFL games! As a special treat for the feast, we are serving up a full plate of picks. Instead of our usual two selections per category, we are giving you three picks for each of our Props, Locks, and Drops. Whether you’re looking for spread winners, player props, or anytime touchdowns, we have you covered for a full day of action.
Our proven 3-step model of data-driven research 📊, trends analysis 📈, and AI insights 🤖 is built for long-term success.
Let’s break down our picks using our exclusive system: 👍 Props (bets we like), 🔒 Locks (our favorites), and 💧 Drops (leans we don’t love but don’t hate).
👍 Detroit Lions -2.5 The Lions are playing at home where Jared Goff is significantly better, and they have plenty of motivation coming off a sloppy win. Dan Campbell is a perfect 13-1 against the spread after a loss, and favorites on Thanksgiving are 51-9 straight up since 2004. Detroit should be able to control the clock and pound the rock against a Packers team that can be run on.
👍 George Pickens (PIT) Over 75.5 Receiving Yards Pickens has been unstoppable lately, clearing this number in five consecutive games. He is making incredible catches and operating as a true number one receiver. Playing at home, he should continue his hot streak and be the focal point of the Steelers’ passing attack.
👍 Mark Andrews (BAL) Anytime Touchdown This is a simple matchup play. The Bengals have the worst defense in the league against tight ends, allowing 13 touchdowns to the position this season—almost double the next closest team. Andrews is Lamar Jackson’s go-to guy in the red zone and has scored in three of his last four games.
🔒 Derrick Henry (BAL) Anytime Touchdown The “King” has a fantastic track record against the Bengals, scoring a touchdown in each of his last three meetings against them. Cincinnati allows 156 rushing yards per game, ranking 31st in the league. In a big divisional game, expect the Ravens to lean heavily on Henry near the goal line.
🔒 Rashee Rice (KC) Over 76.5 Receiving Yards The Cowboys defense struggles mightily against WR1s and plays a high rate of zone coverage, which Rice absolutely dominates. He has gone over this number in three of his last five games and leads the team in targets inside the 10-yard line. He should catch a ton of balls over the middle.
🔒 Jahmyr Gibbs (DET) Anytime Touchdown Gibbs has been a touchdown machine in games where the Lions offense is clicking, scoring in five of the six games where they’ve put up 26+ points. He has a history of big games against the Packers, including a 10-catch performance in Week 1. With the Lions favored at home, he is a prime candidate to find the end zone.
💧 Cincinnati Bengals Moneyline This is a “back against the wall” game for Joe Burrow and the Bengals. Burrow grew up watching the Lions lose on Thanksgiving and wants to change the narrative. The Ravens defense has holes in the secondary that can be exploited, and in a do-or-die divisional game, we like the value on the desperate team with an elite quarterback.
💧 Ja’Marr Chase Over 88.5 Receiving Yards Chase owns the Ravens. He averaged 228 yards over his last two games against them and has eight touchdowns in eight career games vs. Baltimore. With Tee Higgins out, Chase will get a massive target share and should feast on a bottom-10 pass defense against receivers.
💧 Rashee Rice Anytime Touchdown Dallas has allowed 24 receiving touchdowns this season, the second-most in the NFL. Rice is the clear top option for Mahomes near the end zone and has scored in five of his last seven games. The matchup perfectly aligns for him to add another score to his season total.
📊 Final Thoughts & Trends Analysis
Our Thanksgiving card is heavily focused on elite playmakers in smash spots. We are aggressively backing the Lions’ offense at home, trusting their run game and key weapons like Gibbs. We are also loading up on the Chiefs’ passing attack against a vulnerable Cowboys secondary, specifically targeting Rashee Rice. Finally, we see the Ravens-Bengals game as a shootout where stars like Derrick Henry, Ja’Marr Chase, and Mark Andrews will all have big days against poor defenses.
